Vintage Late 1960's New Orleans "A Night at Dixieland Hall" Rue Bourbon Street

This is a vintage brochure entitled "A Night at Dixieland Hall".  There is no copyright date that I could find but it mentions an event that occurred in 1967, so I believe it was printed sometime shortly after that in the late 1960's; which matches when my parents visited New Orleans.
The front cover says "A Night at Dixieland Hall, 516 Rue Bourbon, New Orleans, Louisiana".  Inside is a description and history of Dixieland Hall; a list of regular band leaders and musicians who were appearing there at that time; and a list of 20 autographed jazz albums which were available for purchase at Dixieland Hall (at a price of only .98 each!).
The brochure contains 6 panels and measures approximately 11" x 12" when fully opened.
It is in Good condition, with no markings, stains, tears, or folds.  However, there is some light wrinkling at the edges due to age  (as visible in the photos).
