, It is New as far as being unused - purchased unopened from an estate sale.  Great graphics, original (damaged) packaging (see first photo - hole in plastic, and very slight damage to cardboard underneath it).  Still has the original price sticker from West Brothers (the only department store by that name that I located is in Dehli, LA).
