Vintage Floral Etched Glass Bottle Metal Pour Spout Cruet Olive Oil Rhinestones

A very unique bottle that I could find very little information on. The spout, which is metal is reminiscent of one that would be used for oil & vinegar. I cannot say for sure that’s what this bottle is but I feel it is.
The bottle with spout measures 5 1/4” tall X 3 1/4” wide. The metal spout is 4 3/4” tall and screws tightly into the bottle. There sure some tiny chips to a couple of the rhinestones and a chip on the back (as shown in last photo).
