Copier Leader offers a 30-day parts warranty within US locations only.  We will not be liable if the machine shows low performance or shows usual wear and tear after the 30 day warranty is up. The warranty will begin as soon as the machine is received by the buyer. If service or setup help is needed within the 30-days, please contact us. Machines are non refundable and no returns are accepted. Exchange will be accepted only if the machine is delivered with damage caused in shipping.
Service Contracts Available:
A maintenance contract can be purchased with us if you are a local customer. If you are out of our area, please feel free to either ask us for a recommended service center. We offer service contracts which would include all repairs/labor for local customers only.
Parts:
Any part or supplies such as toners, drums, and fusers are provided as delivered.. If future parts, toners, drums,fusers or other parts are needed, we may provide those at an additional low price costs.
