Each copier is in good working condition upon its departure from our location. But due to the sensitive nature of digital copiers combined with the vibrations and movements during its shipment, we strongly suggest that the machine is professionally setup and installed by a factory-trained technician.
In regards to this, we highly recommend buyers to contact their local copier service provider to handle the installation properly. Failure to do so may result in error codes, damage to the copier, or poor performance.
PAYMENT DETAILS :
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
SHIPPING DETAILS:
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment. Shipment of the copier will occur within 3 to 5 business days.
All shipments are insured. A tracking number will be provided for you to monitor the shipment. Expect the arrival of the machine within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your location.
Local pickup is also available for customers within Southern California. Please contact us for arrangements.
Machine order can be palletized and crated at an additional cost. Please contact us for details.
For international shipping, we only provide delivery up to the U.S. port. The customer needs to pick up the machine from the nearest U.S. port to his/her location. The customer will be responsible for all international fees such as taxes.
DELIVERY DETAILS:
Our standard delivery is curbside delivery - which means that the ordered product would be delivered to your driveway. It will be the customer's responsibility to bring the product inside. This delivery service does not include set up or assembly of product or removal of packaging materials.
For commercial delivery, there must be a loading dock in the location. Curbside delivery will be provided if the location doesn't have a loading dock.
For residential areas, we only provide curbside delivery.
Customers can also request the machine to be delivered within their premises at an additional cost. Please advise us ahead of time if you need any of these services:

Upon the machine arrival, we highly suggest customers to look for any significant damage before opening the delivery. You should also check the correctness of the details of the delivery receipt before signing the document.
If substantial damage is noted, please do not accept the shipment/delivery.
Notify us immediately with the provision of images/videos of the damaged shipment. Please do note that we can't file a damage claim to the carrier if you accept the shipment. Therefore, we are not liable for any damage if the shipment is accepted and we weren't notified within 24 hours.
