"Red Dragon" Vintage Blotter
4"x4" original blotter on very thin paper.  In the 1990's the penalty for LSD was to include the weight of the carrier.
This paper was chosen because it is very thin, as opposed to thick/heavy cotton rag blotter paper. It was a tactic to challenge the strict
mandatory minimums set by the US government.
I think it was (still is) 1 gram gets you 20 years. no possibility for parole. 1 drop of liquid on a
strawberry= 20 years in prison.
Purchased directly from Mark McCloud in the early 2000's
NOTE: The back of the print has doubled sided tape (see Pics) the tape is still tacky.
