  • Condition: Tarnish and wear. Correct ribbon but a replacement. One side is hallmarked with 800 and the silver assay marks for S Johnson, Milano (being a lozenge in which the following are found: “121” bundled reeds and “MI”). 121 was the number assigned to Johnson and MI stands for Milano. This hallmark was used from 1935 to 1944. Other side is hallmarked with “S.J.” In tiny letters just to the right of the ribbon end. The medal is not named. RARE. You are buying the material pictured.
