    Description

    Thanks to a wonderful ebayer I have found out some more info on this piece.
    The epaulette is "Tenente di vascello" of Italian royal navy dated years before WWII.  Tenente is like lieutenant and like an army captain.
    The length is 6 1/4 inches and the width at the widest part is 4 inches.  The worm like structures coming off the end are made of metal. Most of the epaulette is made of brass on the top and some magnetic metal on the underside.  Please take a look at all the pictures.
