    This is an early ORIGINAL medal as issued to Italian and German DAK troops fighting in Africa.
    Nicely detailed, the obverse has the designers name DE MARCHIS at the six o'clock position, and is maker marked LORIOLI, MILANO at the nine o'clock position.
    Medal is in used condition with fading to ribbon.
