    I'm calling it New because it has never been opened.
    Jerry is Brand New and on stage in his original never been opened box that I bought in 2001 at Tower Records at 3707 Lemmon Ave
    in Dallas Alice, Texas. This item is in Collectors Excellent Condition as there are very few hacks/scratches to the packaging that has been
    in a display cabinet at my house for 20 years and is now for sale to you here on this eBay Dead Head Transfer Portal.

    NOTE:
    The only real hacks to the packaging display box are:
    Picture #10: Top right edge tip there is a cardboard rub ( you can't really see it displaying box from the front ).
    Picture #11:  Bottom right edge tip there is a cardboard rub ( you can't really see it displaying box from the front ).
    Picture #12:  There is the slightest crease mark to the back side( not on front display side ) of the display hang flap just above the writing on the left ( just to the left of Jerry's shoulder ).
    And Yes the hang flap is rigid and stands up just like it did when I bought it for .99 back in 2001.
    Jerry is coming to your house in a carefully wrapped 17" x 13" x 9" box so he doesn't get hacked in transit to your place.
    I need someone who's smoking some dispensary grade Gorilla Glue to get way out there high and stoned out of their mind's gourd who's watching "The Outer Limits" on TV at 2:27 AM who can't get Jerry
