Material:  Wood Composite Background Plaque, Metal Title Plaque, Paper & Plastic Picture, 2 original 45 records.
Design:  There are 2 original 45 RPM records mounted on a wood composite plaque.
There is a nice picture of Jerry Garcia under plastic and a metal title plaque that reads:  "Jerry Garcia.  Captain Trips."
The records are:  "Deal" & "Alabama Getaway."
Maker's Marks:  There are no visible maker's marks.
Condition:  Very Good Condition.  Light signs of natural age and wear.  There is a ding on one corner of the back of the plaque.
