This bear is New - but let me expand on that. I had removed it from the packaging to take the photo. These figures are sold in "blind boxes" meaning they do not specify on the outside of the box what color you are getting. The bag they are packed in is black - so again you can't see the color. I wanted the buyer to be able to buy the color bear they wanted - thus the packaging was opened and photos taken
