Appears to be a pin attributed to the Gioventù Italiana del Littorio, which was the youth movement of the National Fascist Party of Italy in the 1930s.
The back of the pin indicates that it was manufactured by Mortillaro & Paino in Palermo.
Measures approximately 1-11/32" x 15/16".
