brochure with photo of the state capitol building on the front and back covers. Statistics for the 1930's referenced in the brochure indicates it was published in that decade. Issued by the Baton Rouge Chamber of Commerce. Twenty-four full pages fold to 48 panels.
Informational text is augmented by several brown-tinted photos.

The brochure is in good - (minus) condition.
Binding is tight. Modest wear to the covers and interior panels with light  chipping around the edges. There is a tear at the right margin of the front cover, and another at the right margin of the first page. No other issues. Clean and free of marks and creases.
