    This bell was issued/distributed to celebrate the third anniversary of Hurricane Katrina in 2008. If you have a set and are missing this one, you need it! If you want a bit of memorabilia to bring out every August 29th, here it is!
    This 2008 version of the bell is silver. This one is in great condition--all it has are the usual imperfections of the manufacturing/painting process. The sound is still nice and clear.
